YOUR BROWSER WORKSPACE

Drafts, saved product snapshots, and price tests are stored in this browser. When available, saved snapshots also receive a private server copy associated with a random browser cookie. There is no account or email recovery. Someone with access to your browser profile may be able to open your workspace.

Clearing browser storage or cookies, switching devices, or losing this browser can remove access. Export a JSON backup and keep it somewhere you control. Importing that file into another browser restores its saved numbers and test logs. A backup includes your commercial cost information, so treat it as private.

WHAT LEAVES THE DEVICE

Live calculations happen in your browser. Saving a private server copy sends the selected snapshot, not shopper contact details. Requesting a PDF sends the selected numbers to the server to generate the document. CSV and JSON exports are generated locally. The interface reports when a server copy is unavailable rather than claiming it was saved.

The host may maintain standard security, request, and operational records. Do not enter shopper names, addresses, emails, payment details, or other sensitive personal information in product labels or notes. No shopper data is needed for the manual calculator.

DELETING YOUR WORK

Deleting a saved snapshot removes it from this browser and requests deletion of its private server copy when the browser session is available. It does not erase backups you already downloaded. Copies in infrastructure backups may remain until those backups expire according to the hosting provider's policy.

SHOPIFY IS SEPARATE

The connected-store path requires a separately configured and approved read-only Shopify app. Manual calculation works without connecting a store. An unavailable integration is marked unavailable and never changes store prices.
